Our people

We believe that our most valued resource is our people and without them we can never achieve our mission. It’s from this belief that we do our outmost to care for our people making sure we support them in their roles and celebrate who they are as individuals. To ensure each team member feels valued for their contribution and remains motivated towards our mission, we embrace both an informal and formal recognition system.

Work life balance

We value family and life outside of work which is why we have flexible work hours and focus on our people taking their leave, banked hours and bonus festive season leave days. This stems from a belief system that there are other priorities in life that stretch beyond work and if the opportunity is not created for our people to tend to these priorities we will not benefit from their talents and skills when they engage in work.

As we strive to achieve our goals we want to make sure we are have fun along the way. To achieve this, we encourage socials whether it is spontaneous gatherings in our office kitchen or quarterly events that get us out the office and into environments where we can relax and connect through an activity.

To ensure our culture retains its identity while maturing, we have a well-represented “culture club” who meet to evaluate suggestions, our culture’s pulse and how we can improve.
